General Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Director of RNG Business Development to identify potential opportunities in RNG markets, including but not limited to voluntary, compliance (RFS, LCFS, BCLCFS, etc.), and pre-compliance for upcoming regulatory programs.
Primary Responsibilities and Competencies*:

• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships related to RNG production facilities, CNG dispensing stations, and other electrification opportunities
• Analyze various RNG markets and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
• Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities by modeling and forecasting the potential value of the relationship
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate status with senior managements and other stakeholders as needed
• Locate or propose potential business deals by contracting potential partners
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients and other stakeholders or partners
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, vendors, and other business partners
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
• Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals

Required Education, Experience and Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field;
• Any experience related to RNG, RFS, RINS, LCFS, CNG/LNG
Preferred Education, Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree is advantageous
• Any experience related to:
o sourcing RNG & electricity projects (LFG, WWTP, Digester (Manure & Food)
o RFS- Specifically D5 & D3 RINs
o LCFS Credit Generation from electricity, RNG, NG
o Familiarity with carbon credit accounting /carbon intensity scoring
o Understands and has a network with CNG/LNG/electricity vehicle clients
Skills:
• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

General Summary
The newly created Bluesource Sustainable Forests Company (BSFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluesource LLC, seeks a Manager of Forest Information and Geospatial Systems to support the company’s forest operations. The Manger of Forest Information and Geospatial Systems is responsible for implementing new systems to standardize and manage forest inventory data and geospatial data across the portfolio of assets. The role will also cross-functionally collaborate with the Bluesource carbon development team in managing data between the organizations. The successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical and practical skills, be a fast learner, and have a passion for carbon-driven forest management.
Success will require strong data management skills, a working knowledge of forest inventory practices and common geospatial products, and creativity around data system implementation, design, and improvement. This is an excellent position for a mid-career professional looking for growth opportunities.
