Eric Townsend
Vice President of Business Development
Eric Townsend is Vice President of Business Development for the Blue Source Companies, where he is responsible for expanding market share through the deployment of Blue Source’s $526 mm Carbon Infrastructure Investment Fund. Eric focuses on best-in-class strategic mergers, entity and asset acquisitions, equity-based project financing, market acquisition through strategic joint venturing and the development of new, sector-specific platform companies. Prior to joining Blue Source, Eric was President of venture-backed technology company Landvoice, where he managed a comprehensive operational turnaround. Additionally, he has built a successful entrepreneur consulting platform and has held multiple roles at Morgan Stanley and University Venture Funds. Eric received an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Sales Management from Purdue University.
