Greg Spencer
Co-Founder
Greg Spencer is the co-founder of the Blue Source companies, bringing 25 years of transactional experience focused in corporate M&A, law, capital markets, and environmental and operational risk management. Greg is a member of the Utah and California Bar Associations and has BS and JD degrees from the University of Utah. He presently serves on the Board of Mountain Life Church. An avid mountain biker and skier, Greg lives in Park City, Utah, with his wife, Laurel, and has three grown children.
